Shipping Policy — Virella

We ship worldwide at no cost to you, with free delivery on every order and no minimum spend. Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–4 business days, and delivery takes a further 9–12 business days depending on your country, with the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand all within that range. You’ll receive a tracking number by email on the day your order leaves our warehouse, and tracking can sit quiet for several days mid-journey on international routes, which is normal and not a sign anything is wrong. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel it or issue a refund for change of mind — if you need to cancel, email support@officialvirella.com before the 3–4 day dispatch window closes and we’ll refund you in full. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and customs clearance or carrier delays sit outside our control; if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Please check your shipping address at checkout, as we can only correct an address before dispatch.
